Project Idea: Bird-Themed Thank You Tags

I love all things bird-related! On a whim, I designed to create these fun bird-themed favor tags on my computer. After printing out my designs, I used a 2-inch paper punch to make each tag and then tied each with a coordinating satiny ribbon.
