Say Happy Halloween to a friend or loved one with a hand-crafted greeting card. I made these simple Halloween greeting cards by layering sheets of colorful card stock and then trimming with satiny black Trick or Treat ribbon. I embellished each card with three-dimensional Halloween stickers.
