Valentine's Day Favor Tag Ideas

Add a personal touch to your Valentine's Day favors with handmade tags. I created these tags using a 2 inch scalloped paper punch and a 1.5 inch circle paper punch. I created both of the printed inner circles on my computer and used standard glue sticks to attach the white circles to the scalloped tag backing.
